Delivery

Standard delivery: Web orders will be dispatched within 24hrs of receipt of payment, orders placed before 12 noon on weekdays will be dispatched same day via Royal Mail and so should arrive within 1-2 working days. We ship Monday - Friday so all orders received after 12 noon on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

Missing or late parcels: Royal Mail say an order is not considered as "lost" until 10 working days from estimated delivery date have passed. Our policy is, if your order is undelivered after 10 working days please contact vape2stop@outlook.com Please note working days do not include weekends.
