Returns

All of our items carry a 30 day guarantee, this is for faulty items only. If any of our products arrive faulty or damaged please return the item(s) within 7 days of arrival,  also please email vape2stop@outlook.com to explain the faults.

If we cannot replace the item a refund will be made within 24hrs of the product being returned, all returns must be sent via recorded delivery.

Please be aware we do not offer replacements on any opened bottles of E- liquid due to a non preference of taste due to Health and Hygiene reasons, if you wish to return an unopened bottle for exchange please be aware you will be responsible for  the return postage costs to us and the exchanged bottles return postage back to you.

E-Liquid is a personal choice and so if you have not tried a flavour before and are not certain that you will like it it may be best for you to try it in a 10ml bottle first.
